Waterproofing works for the raft foundation have now been completed, along with the PCC layer for the upper raft.
The raft foundation is constructed in two stages. The lower raft is fully complete, and the team is now preparing for the upper raft foundation, which is the final stage of this structural phase.
From Monday onwards, steel fixing for the upper raft will begin. This is the most steel intensive part of the foundation, requiring careful coordination and precision on site. Over the next two to two and a half weeks, the remaining raft works will be completed, bringing the full foundation stage to a close.
Our Chief Executive Officer, Shahnawaz Ayaz Durrani, visits the site at least twice a week to monitor progress, verify completed works against the consultant’s schedule, and ensure quality standards are maintained at every step.
